Description:
Hmong American Community Association (HACA) is a Non-Profit Organization created in December 1991 under Section 501( c )( 3 ). Its mission is to serve the community as an educational and charitable agency, to promote a smooth cultural transition, to teach and hold Hmong Culture events, to facilitate greater cultural diversity understanding and  to assist the Southeast Asian in Dunn County, Barron County, and St. Croix County in adjusting to the western life in the United States.
