FAAWIS is a membership-based, not for profit organization. Other than membership dues, there are no grants or formal fund raising events established to help support the activities of the organization. i nis is why dues are important to sustain the quality of activities and visibility we want to maintain in this community. Past presidents organized modest fund raising efforts to help augment the lack of financial support from the membership. We now make the same appeal, not only for our membership dues but for a substantial donation as well.
