MISSION: SAMAHAN is the Filipino American Student Association (FASA) at Portland Community College- Sylvania campus whose purpose is to promote, strengthen, and enrich the Filipino American culture and heritage through educational, political, cultural, and social activities.

Samahan in Pilipino(Tagalog) means organization, community, and unity. Samahan is open to any PCC student interested in learning more about the culture and heritage of Filipino Americans and the important issues facing Filipino Americans today.
