The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon (PACCO) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that seeks to promote trade between the Pacific rim countries and Oregon. As a chamber of commerce, PACCO also provides business networking opportunities and assists entrepreneurs and would-be entrepreneurs with finding, as well as connecting with community resources.
