Description:
GAPIMNY provides a safe and supportive social, political, and educational forum for gay, bisexual, and questioning Asian and Pacific Islander men or transgendered people in the New York City area.

GAPIMNY members meet on the third Friday of every month, 8-10 p.m. at the Lesbian and Gay Community Center, located at 208 W. 13th St. West of 7th Avenue. The meetings generally consist of speakers or programs of gay or Asian interest, with ample opportunity to socialize before and after. General meetings are open to queer men of Asian or Pacific Islander heritage. GAPIMNY is governed by the Steering Committee, which meets on the first Friday of every month at 8pm, also at the Center. If you'd like to participate in planning for the group, or have any concern to bring to our attention, please contact us. We'd love to get you involved!
