The arts collective formerly known as "Work In Progress" (WIP) in Boston has changed its name, effective June 2004. It's now called "Boston Progress".

Boston Progress provides a safe space for Asian American perspectives to be expressed and observed through visual, performance and literary arts. Boston Progress seeks to build a sense of community among its membership, and outreach to APA communities by promoting the importance of art as a tool for community education and activism, values diversity of viewpoints in representing APA experiences and steadfastly opposes discrimination based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, age, appearance, disability or any other immutable characteristics.

Boston Progress general meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of every month @ the Cassava Lounge (corner of Mass Av. and Boylston St.) in Boston, beginning at 6:30PM. New folks are welcome!
