ATPAC was founded in 1991 and registered as a non-profit organization in Texas in 1992. Since its inception, the organization has carried out more than 100 collaborative projects and activities with organizations in Thailand. Our mission:

• To promote the advancement of scientific knowledge, technology and education in Thailand.
• To establish a liaison and promote cooperation between ATPAC and related organizations in Thailand the United States, Canada and other countries.
• To maintain a close association and fraternity among members.
