Description:
Founded in 1985, the purpose of the Japan-America Society of Connecticut is to facilitate understanding and friendship. They recognize the need for cross-cultural exchange between Japan and the US, the need to stimulate the study of the Japanese language and culture in America; and the need to educate the leaders of tomorrow - our youth - about Japan and its culture.
