Statement of Purpose: "to cooperate with one another and to create a place where sincere people can practice zazen without trouble."

The Anchorage Zen Community meets at the Inner Dance Yoga Studio, 2610 Spenard Road, around the corner from the Organic Oasis. Use the door on the west side of the building. On Mondays and Tuesdays, sitting is between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. Our schedule on Sundays is sitting 8:00~9:30, Sutra chanting 9:30~9:50, Study class 9:55~10:40. Instruction for newcomers is on the 4th Sunday of each month at 10:00 am.
